The assessment can be used in the pre-certification phase or during the implementation of compliance systems to prevent corruption. The service covers all the necessary elements of an effective program and takes 60 to 90 minutes to complete. It is based on the requirements and guidelines of the FCPA Resource Guide (USA), UK Bribery Act (UK) and ISO 37001. Immediately after taking the assessment, companies recieve a set of scores that reflect the maturity of the company’s program. The service provides an objective assessment of the level of maturity of the systems in place to prevent corruption and bribery.
